Returns
Returns are only accepted for unopened, unused products within 3 days of delivery.
Products must be in their original packaging and in good condition.
Opened herbal bottles, sachets, or teas cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded within 7–10 working days after inspection.
Refunds are issued through the original payment method.
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you receive a wrong or damaged item, kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo or proof.
We’ll process a free exchange or replacement immediately.
